Installation details

Malarkey Arctic Seal ice-and-water membrane protects the eaves, roof-wall unions, penetrations, valleys and low-slope areas.

The main roof also includes synthetic underlayment, Malarkey starter strip, lifetime pipe boots, ridge ventilation and Malarkey RidgeFlex hip-and-ridge shingles.

The front porch uses a base-and-cap modified-bitumen assembly. Gutter work was not part of the completed project and is not represented here.
